| Did a "time trial" on the ski slope. Took it as a training run and went technical routes. Didn't do too bad until the end. Was going too fast for the route choices.
Next week is back to the basics week nice and slow, clean, perfect. I will then slowly speed up from there.
I like the newbies on the team, lots of potential. DVOA training should be good. |
