Line-O on contour-only map. Most of it was the same as last week, but backwards. It was much harder than last week. Maybe reverse direction made a difference, but there were a lot more leaves and visibility was low. Took the trail for the last .5 hour; it is very difficult to trace your way on a trail that is not on the map. I saw a guy with a big bag of m---ls, and when I got back to the parking lot some lady shouted to me, "what do you have in your bag?" "It's just a map". "Oh, I though you were out there taking all the m---ls"

Saturday May 3

Jogging 1:00:00 [1]
shoes: Black/Red Free Xtrain
About half before the meet (started in the local nhbd where I saw a yard with 5 different colors of lilac, and finished in the adjacent wood where I saw a woman foraging in the leaves) and about half after the meet , about 3 hours later (in the wood where I saw the same intrepid hobbyist who showed me about 20lb of delectable m---ls).
