Soreness almost gone. Looking forward to the race.

Note
Ithaca-Phili-Seattle: delayed badly, drove to Rochester for Rochester-Detroit-Seattle, delayed beyond feasability. Now waiting for the flight to Atlanta. Expected to be in Seattle by midnight. But who knows...(((
Still very sore. Planning to do some short trail run today. I hope it may help to flex a little.

On a positive side, in both cases we lost to the teams who won the tournament.

Roller skiing. Light rain, warm. Planned to ski for an hour and back. When turned around, realized that I had a great help of the wind on a way there. Plenty of resistance on the way back. This time adjusted bindings beforehand by length and width. Also removed auxiliary rear tires from one of the skies to check how it effect stability. Felt just fine.
Couple of blisters but over wise all great.

First time used V2 roller skis. They have universal binding system for any shoes. After some skiing I realized that bindings needs to be adjusted as my toe was not hold at all. As result I couldn't go classical as I planned, but skating was fine in spite of extra pairs of small wheels at the back of the skies. Overall great feeling especially closer to the end as I get used to them.
