One lap at Rocky Ridge.(test)Planed to run 10 km. but felt tired after the yesterday work-out,so I stoped after the first lap.(I started to slow down a bit
towards the end)

Planed to run a long one today on trails somewhere
but instead I ran in to a tough day at work.
I had to work on 2 dif. jobs with the same problem:
NO WATER.So I ended up working a 14 hour day
with a lot of lifting,pulling,squating&pulling some the
equivalent of more than 200 pounds.Also did some
digging&sheveling to uncover the well head on the second job.

Trainning session.Running with map at Elk Neck,
State Park, MD.No preset course ,route taken on
the run.Hot&hummid.

Elk Neck.
