DVOA local meet at Ridley Creek.The map has verry little white on it,and you hit briars in almost all shades of green.

On trails at R.R.(my low back and right knee are acting up again)

After the slow pace run ,I felt better so I,m continuing my training sesion.(I still feel some pain but is not a disabling one.

The 30 km.on the A.T.At Pine Grove State Park, out 15km ,and then back the same way.My right knee started to bother me right from the begining but I kept going ,but what hapened,was that the running motion changed slightly without my knowledge ,to potect the injured knee, so I developed ,a strong burning sensation ,in the palm of my right foot,after 2 hours in the run,so I had to walk/run from that point.

Tuesday Oct 1, 2002 #

slow run to 5 k loop from the first parking area and back.(2x6min.),at R.R.

running 24:15 [2] 5.0 km (4:51 / km) +150m 4:13 / km

5 km. loop at R.R. easy running.
