10:00 [1]1.5 km (6:40 / km)
orienteering 1:43:10 [4]13 km (7:56 / km)
25 edition of the Billygoat(5 th for me).I was in the lead early(#5),I had skiped #4, but than immediately lost ~7 min. at # 6 and made 3-4 other smaler errors, after that,5-6 more lost minutes.Finished 6 th.overal.
I am still ,under the effects of this year overtraining and I am still trying ,to find the best way,to overcome it.My major problem is that,my mental focus is almost not there and that was my forte the last 2-3 years when I was not in verry good physical shape, but I was able to stay focused att all times on any orienteering course. Now I am in decent physical shape ,but I can't stay focused troughout a entire race. This is been a constant all this year and I can't shake it off just yet.Physically I am a little burned out too.

easy running (wam up&down) 30:00 [2]5 km (6:00 / km)
On trails at R.R.
running trail (long hill intervals) 10:40 [5]2 km (5:20 / km) +200m 3:33 / km
The" Mamleev" intervals: 2x1000x100m climb. This could possibly be the toughest training ex. that I ever tried in my whole running carier.I ran the first one at 5:15" & the second at 5:25",probably could'v done a few more, but because, I was considerable slower on the second one, I decided to stop, since I am in a recovery/transation period .( I am changing the training strategy.)50% of the trail is an old abandoned trail(to steep) and is not 100% runnable either.
