Forgot my e punch stick, so I had to do twice the marked route from parking to finish and then to start

2 nd. day at NA champs, better today, no big erors, but still a few small mistakes~ 8 mins. lost today.Running same like yesterday, exccept,I was a bit tired after running twice from the parking to finish and at a faster pace that I wanted.

Saturday May 29

1 st. day at NA Champs. Made a big error and 6-7 other errors(total ~18 mins. lost)Running same as in all the others events this year, kind of OK inthe begining and slowing down in the end.

Finaly a weekday training,in several weeks,easy pace at Rocky Ridge Park.
Note
My lower back much better,still a bit sore, but that is the usual pain.
