DVOA local race at French Creek North, missed 2 controls and 3 others were well tucked, coldn't see them, lost total ~ 7 mins.

Long run on York Rail Trail.Intended to do 20 miles, but after 10 miles at 75 mins, I was feeling prety good so I picked up the pace and run the next 10.4 km. in 46:45" and suddenly my legs did not wanted to go any more, so I had to stop and walk the last 3.5 miles. Actualy I walked only 2.5 miles, because I did try to jog in after walking 1/2 mile but only jogged 1 mile and had no more legs for any kind of running.
