US Relay Champs, 3 rd. leg for SVO, green course. 3 light misses ~1:30" total, pushed as hard as I could, as the leaders, were about 8 minutes ahead.Made up 4 minutes and 4 spots, from 7 to 3 rd.I believe this is one of my best o race in the last few years.

US Night O Champs, Blue course.I only missed # 1 and #13, but since I didn't have a good source of light I just couldn't see a few more even when I was realy close 3-5 meters.

On York Rail Trail, started easy and gradualy increase the tempo,in an atempt to get to a 6:30"/mile pace on the closing miles.Didn't quite got it, because I didn't wanted to push it to the max.Splits:8:15" ; 7:43" ; 7:10" ; 7:08" ; 7:01" ; 7:04" ; 6:48" ; 6:46" ; 6:46; 6:45".
