orienteering (race) 2:44:20 [4] 20 km (8:13 / km) +770m 6:53 / km
spiked:29/33c
"SUSQUEHANNA STUMBLE" at Elk Neck, MD, good course, a bit longer than stated by course setter Randy Hall(~ 17KM.)I guess he had everything messured on straight line and you really have to go shortest possible route choice here, as it's impossible to go straight on manny legs.Manny ares of downfall, slowed the pace and raised the level of effort.Mikell Platt first in 2:37:30, or so.

"RAID THE HAMMER", Hamilton, On. Canada.
Another great adventure race organized by GHO.
Team up again(3 rd. race together), with Nick Duca and Giles Malet(ultra trail runner),they both live close to each other in Ontario. Our team(Foreigners), finished 3 rd., overall and 2 nd. in the open cat., not the result we expected, but we had a bad route choice on a 1:50.000 map, which cost us 17 mins. and we had another 5 mins. lost on another leg.We were 16 mins. behind the winners,(GHO).A verry challenging course, with several sub-stages and good organization and great prizes.More info and results on dontgetlost.ca, site
The course was 25 km./1000 climb, but I added the 2 km. that we ran extra(at least) and 100 m.climb as well.
