MUDFEST Trail run race at Mt. Penn in Reading,PA,did not push verry hard since I haven't been training properly, lately, finished 18 th. overall and surprisingly first master, out of over 700 runners.Only about 3 mins. slower than my best time on this course.

orienteering race (score-o) 1:55:00 [4] *** 17 km (6:46 / km) +130m 6:31 / km
spiked:35/41c shoes: 2003 Sarva grip
DVOA 2 hours score-o at Colliers Mill, ran pretty hard trying to get all 42 controls and almost did,but after getting stuck in a swamp for ~ 2 mins. up to my chest, barely getting my self out of it, I got cold and run by one of the controls(~150 m), so I only got 41.Also lost another 7-8 mins on 2 badley missplaced controls(135 m and 70 m), eventualy found them both, on route to next controls, also a couple more questionable placed controls. With everything in order in the actual conditions(wet and cold rain), it would' v been possible to get them all in 1:45'-1:50'.Got pretty tired and stiff and knees hurting pretty bad, due to the recent lack of training and the manny extra hours at work, which makes it impossible to have time or energy left to train.
