Long at Nav-Stock, interesting course, maybe not even 50% recovered, so completly out of gas on the last 3-4 legs, barely moving.Interesting enough, altough I was extra tired I was able to maintain focus most of the time and a couple of times when I kind of, lost concentration, I stoped quick and recoverd that way.

Axis Gear Sprint at Nav-Stock.Exccelent course, but I had no legs for sprinting, today.Also~3 mins of errors.

Short course at Nav-Stock. I was so tired I stopped at one point in the race and started to walk the rest, but after a few minutes one of my romanian/canadian friends came from behind and pushed me in to running with him the remaning of the course.Completly drained out of energy, wiil need lots of rest if I want to finish(not race) in the tommorow long course,

Nav-Stock night Orienteering AR race 3 pers. teams.To tired after the 9 hour ride in the car with Eddie, plus it was hot and hummid, exhausted after the race and never recovered for the rest of the weekend.Also some slopiness came along withall the rest, so not a good performance.
