| Verry tired(legs) after all the fast pace races this week, mostly clean but realy slow especialy at the end.Finished 3 rd overall after Magnus and Eddie in M 21. 6 th or 7 th today but only 1-2 mins behind exccept Magnus who was 8 mins ahead. |

Legs almost gone after this week races especialy the yesterday ones where I pushed to the MAX.One big error 6-7 mins but still manneged to come in as first US eligible team(2 nd overall after the Scandinavians) |
