| Set of to conquer my fear of running at home via a nice short Hill(!). 'Twas nice to get running again, but I had to stop to catch my breath at the top/halfway point, and then walked the last 1/8 mile (and about 12m climb) back to my house. Eww, asthma. Eww, being out of shape. | ||

Didn't do exercise that was supposed to stengthen my anterior deltoids because strengthening them makes no sense whatsoever. Also didn't do stretchyband rows because I forgot. Internal and external rotations: Three sets of each on each side. I think it was 20s external and 10-15-10 internal, but maybe I've got them switched around. Straight arm lifts: 3 sets of 10 or 15, I think 29 oz can of pumpkin Side rotation: 3-4 sets of 20, 1 lb weight | ||
