Walked through the U district and Arboretum trying to betterify my sense of Seattle geography and also test out the new insoles I put in my boots.

My route turned out to be remarkably flat - it would have been a good run had I not had a backpack to take care of.

Time and distance are estimates, do not include time spent gawking at trees, taking naps, picnicing, etc.

The insoles make my toes hurt less, but they also raise my feet up enough that my boots are effectively not so broken in when I wear them. Youch.

I forgot to embiggen the weight for today, so I did 3 sets o' 20 on my right side instead of sets o' 10. I left Left at 10, and I think I'm going to leave it at it's current weight for a bit, too.

Shoulder exercises: spaced out and did sets of 12-15 or so on the left instead of 10. Felt just fine. I'm going to add a little to the BoUM tomorrow.
