Run (Terrain) 52:06 [4] 9 km (5:47 / km)
shoes: Saucony Omni
Run round the perimiter of Beecraigs, same route as four weeks ago - smashed PB by three minutes, I'm pleased about this as it was tough going into the wind and driving rain. We may have to add on Cockleroy in a couple of weeks to make the time up to an hour or so for the Wednesday evening session. Walshes/O shoes would be a good idea if it's still as wet.

Pilates 1:00:00 [1]
This is definitely doing me some good as I hurt the next day and my core feels stronger whilst I'm running!
Run (Road/Terrain) 1:04:04 [3]
shoes: Walsh
Great turnout tonight for the girls - six plus Jason (honorary girl for the evening) and we managed all on our own, even managed a longer run than the guys. Almost the same run as we did two weeks ago, but this time I didn't feel so good and also felt cold, still need that extra layer... I also wish I'd worn my trainers as there was more road/hard surface this time. Thanks to Jason and Janine for encouraging me up those steep hills - it really does help! It's still pretty dark at 6.30 but not for too long now.

Sunday Feb 24

Orienteering race 1:02:37 [4] **** 6.9 km (9:04 / km)
shoes: VJ Integrater
Hedderwick Hill Blue course - wild and windy but sunny day. What a lovely area and I loved running through the sea, along the beach and over the sand dunes. Ran as fast as my legs would carry me but the results are saying to me that I need to be able to run faster and maybe to stop dithering about as well!
Orienteering 18:30 [3] 1.4 km (13:13 / km)
shoes: VJ Integrater
White course shadowing Erica and part of the way with Andrew on my back (weight training comes in many forms). Erica did really well but she still needs lots of practice before being let loose on her own.
Run (Warm up) 10:00 [2]
shoes: VJ Integrater
