Saturday Oct 11

Strength and Conditioning 30:00 [2]
shoes: Timberland
Skydiving, climbing and stuff at Landmark. Great fun!

Friday Oct 10

Run 1:02:49 [4]
shoes: Inov8 Mudclaw
Forced myself out to Beecraigs this morning and the forces were certainly out there. I was never on for beating my PB on my old favourite route, the puddles and paths were unbelievably splooshy and squelchy. I was very dirty and had to strip in the kitchen and created a huge pile of mud on the floor!

Pilates 1:00:00 [1]
Pilates after intervals was hard but was most beneficial. Hamstrings were extremely tight. I'll be happy to pass on some new exercises at the FVO session the week after next.

Tuesday Oct 7

Note
I will be attempting intervals today, please be kind...

Run intervals 12:00 [5]
shoes: Brooks GTS
2 sets of 6, 30s on 30 off. Oh boy that hurt, faded teeribly on the last two. Perhaps not the best session to attempt after being ill... Heart rate at 150-156 after efforts, breathing difficulties as well - sounded peculiarly wheezy.
Run intervals (Drills) 10:00 [5]
shoes: Brooks GTS
Running drills, high legs, bum kicks etc.
Run warm up/down 30:00 [3]
shoes: Brooks GTS
Had to run fast to catch up with the posse as I missed the start of the run, caught them up eventually - phew!

Sunday Oct 5

Cycling 1:20:00 [2]
Around the loch and along the canal, an extremely slow pace with lots of free wheeling.
