My swimming went well, bicycle didn't (technical problems, I had to adjust back fender 7 times, every time I must stop, roughly -2 min together). Running was ok. Thanks again, Lauri, for arrangements!

[11:10] KRV 2nd day, H45A. Megamistake at 1st, 15min, eventually I "started" again. Little mistake at 5th, but I knew where I came. Then again megamistake at 6th, quite desperate efforts. To 8th I climbed two contours too much. 10th and 11th mistakes too. The course was 5.2 km (16.19/km). I raced in a series "who is running the most longest route today". But still it is fun, I am enjoying KRV terrains and courses!
