| Consulted our club's experienced sport "invalids". Most probably I have a sprain or rupture in my calf muscle. Quite severe one. Strange that I do not exactly know when it struck. In any case, the bad thing happened at week 31/2008. Jumps and 1K test run at 31th Jul and 17K run after rest day at 2th Aug. Anyway, it's now few weeks total rest of sports. Only weekday walking, little by little easy biking and easy swimming. See you at September. |

| My right calf is a bit swollen and the muscle is touch sensitive, tender and warm. Hardly can walk. Went to the doctor. No confident diagnosis. Follow-up examinations. Went to the ultrasound scan. The veins were ok, no signs of thrombus. |
