"Korttelikuppi" at Liipola, Lahti. I was late. Definitely the last one who came up the stairs from the locker room. Race director was announcing some valuable tips, unlistening while I struggled with my wares. Tieing shoes, testing headlamp, loading jagge's python scripts on cellphone (there was about ten bluetooth devices online, which is my gps..), getting internet connection, checking emit card, plastic bag, checking clothing (-22 °C). All that in less than 4 min. No worries, I was ready. GO!

Took the left choice to #1, would have been among the first B course racers punching at #1, but picked the wrong path to right.. After relocating myself, i reversed, and yes, i was among the last ones punching at #1. To #2 I zigzagged while avoiding some heavy snow piles. #3 route ok, some hesitating at circle. #4 ok, #5 almost ok, #6 and #7 fine. Then I misread my map: thought that some purple lines indicate forbidden area and took the left route choice. Actually the lines were marking the central cp "1/4/7", but printed on black and brown map features they look just like forbidden area (usein käynti optikolla auttaa). The last cp's were mainly running.

B route length 4.5 km (10:43 / km). My online tracking died after #2. Cellphone was in the pocket and "frozed".

Good exercise! I can run 50 mins. That's quite amazing compared with my condition at november.
