Tuesday Aug 27

road run 1:10:39 [3] 9.5 mi (7:25 / mi)
little motivation, but I started getting more energy during the run, and at the end was feeling pretty good

Sunday Aug 25

road run 46:30 [4] 7.0 mi (6:39 / mi)
didn't want to run the same loop over again, so I run a slightly different version with more climb and less asphalt, felt really fast comming down the hill :) I can't wait til it snows and I bring a sled there.

Saturday Aug 24

road run 41:54 [4] 6.0 mi (6:58 / mi)
it had just stopped raining, and I felt fast and it was fun. Running should always be so.

Friday Aug 23

road run 1:22:58 [3] 10.0 mi (8:17 / mi)
hilly loop, set a slower pace so I felt pretty good the whole way through

Thursday Aug 22

road run 42:56 [4] 6.0 mi (7:09 / mi)
same loop as monday, but in the rain and I felt much better and faster. Maybe the cooling effect of the rain had a favorable effect.

Wednesday Aug 21

track (intervals) 15:00 [5] 2.5 mi (6:00 / mi)
biked to the track and ran 800's at threshold.
5x 800's one day I'll learn pacing
2:39, 2:54, 3:00, 3:05, 3:04
Was running faster in June, sigh

Tuesday Aug 20

Trail run 41 [4] 5.75 mi (6 / mi)
Biked to the old railroad tracks and ran up to the lake and back. felt sore at the beginning but warmed up a bit.

Monday Aug 19

road run 44:43 [4] 6.0 mi (7:27 / mi)
Starting to train consistently again, went out for a run in the afternoon along local roads. Felt very sluggish and slow and sore while running, but the endorphins afterwards improved my mood somewhat

Monday Aug 12

road run 1:25:00 [3] 10.0 mi (8:30 / mi)
I went out for a run, and ended up going a bit too hard/far. I got pretty tired and dehydrated and walked a few miles home. my first run in awhile, and I dislike the humidity. humidity is the devil and the devil is bad.
