| we ran out to NW hill ( again, that makes three times up to hopkins forest this week) about 15 mins of warm up, then we did 6 X 75 seconds of hill repeats with equal recovery. This was made interesting by the 4 inches of new fallen snow. Then we did 2x 3 minutes cruise. then we ran home |

| A little more snowy, went out with the team, but ended up running with Dan only cause the rest of the team is fast. But then when the trail got icy and uneven, our clever footwork and trail running savvy helped us catch back up. A nice easy run, but my legs are still sore from these past three days |

| track workout. after a warm-up and 4 minute pickup we did the following
1000 > jog two laps > 1000 > jog> 800 > jog> 800
the 1000s were at 5k pace and the 800s at 3k
for me that translated into 80 second quarters for the 1000s( too fast maybe) and 77 for the 800s( too tired )

| Starting training again for Indoor Track. Not terribly motivated for the season, but the running is good anyways. did hopkins forest long loop, which is pretty steep going up. No snow yet, so taking advantage of the trails while I can. Also came back to the track to try to get some steeple chase drills in, but most of the group was pretty much wrapping up, so only went over a few hurdles. |
