| XC race at home. In rain, on muddy hills. Wore spikes. Was happy with my run, but hills were real tough for me. I tell you though, orienteers can cruise down hills, I passed a tonne of people on the downs. |

| ran all over campus as a little three's psych up. We played follow the leader through most of the buildings on campus, including the libraries and dining halls. hooting and cheering loudly was accomplished with a flair that only young men posess. |

| after our warm up we ran down to the fields and did "bonderencos" spelled something like that maybe. We ran 400 at 10k, 300 slow, 300 5k, 200 slow, 200 3k, 100 slow, 100 mile pace. And then we ran an 800 at 3k, and then we a cool down with a 2 minute section of crusing speed. |

| ran at Mt hope. we warmed up by running up the hill as usual. then formed groups and ran 4 mins at 10k, 2 mins rest, 3 mins 5k, 3 mins rest, 2 mins 3k, 2 mins rest, 1 min 1500. Followed by six minutes rest and 3 x 300 sprints. And a cool down to the bottom of the farm again. |

| Played IM frisbee for about an hour which was fun but cold, and then did a pool workout for about an hour give or take. did some swimming, some drills, and lots of aqua running. Good times. |

| Wcoc race. Made some pretty silly mistakes, but was running well. 10 mins behind Wyatt and boris, but I think that was only because I made up a lot on running speed. On the positive had some really good legs too. |
