pool 40:00 [3]
pool workout warm up, wall kicks, 6x 1 minute aqua jogging. 4x1 minute aqua jogging, and then 20 mins of water polo or so. I was on team estrogen, and we beat team testosterone in a very close match.

Sunday Apr 27

road run 15:47 [5] 2.8 mi (5:37 / mi)
Run for the Cure. Nice sunny day, lots of people out for the cause, I kept behind last years winner until halfway up the biggest hill, where he slowed down to let me pass. I did so hesitantly knowing that he was supposed to beat me. And sure enough he zipped past me on the way down the other side. I finished 2nd, about 20 meters behind 1st. Felt great though, and leonard ran it too :) yay
