| Biking to and from work. A really gorgeous morning. I had an excellent AOWHN moment as I biked past a man illegally parked in front of a fire hydrant. The fun part was that the guy was trying to be nonchalant as he stood directly in front of the hydrant and hoped that no one would notice. :)

| swimming at Walden Pond with Jenn. We parked at the highschool and jogged the .8 miles over to the pond. Then we did a lap and back of the length of the pond. Jenn swims straighter and faster than I do, but is a little compulsive about fixing her goggles, which gives me time to catch up with her :)
I think I've been convinced that it would be fun to do a triathlon with her at the end of August in Chicopee. It's a shortish one, with a half mile swim, 30 miles of biking and 3 miles of running ( I think, don't quote me). still seems like it could be a good experience. |

| the running half of game night was canceled so I just biked to and from work. squeaky bike partly from the chain needing to be greased and partly from the spokes ( or so I believe) being a bit loose on the back wheel.
we tried to play save dr. lucky at game night, but some people weren't interested in games with rules.... so we played taboo instead. |

| Biking to and from work. Gave some thought to going to a climbing gym tonight, but gave the idea up because Sam got home latish from training and sitting on the sofa playing video games and watching Firefly is much easier.
hopefully will get the gumption to go climbing soon though. |

| to and fro to work I go. successfully motivated myself to bike to work even though it was raining. When I got on the bike I realized that it was hardly raining at all.... just enough to keep the prissy cyclists from riding in. This meant that I had lot's of space on the bike rack to place my bike. |
