orienteering 36:12 [3]
Night-O with the CSU training crew. Brendan set out night-o flags at Hammond Pond and we had a blast. It was slippery and I forgot to bring o-shoes, so that was interesting.

My light was super bright, and I found it to be a challenge because all the sapplings and brush were so well lit, but I was having difficulty finding the best way through the terrain. I was moving pretty slowly because I was unsure about which trees were going to be substantiative and which I could easily push through.

I have some work to do before Tiomila, couple of places where I c b bhjfg,hm yj.,ykfiu0976

Tuesday Nov 13

road run 47:55 [3] 6.0 mi (7:59 / mi)
So I am a wimp in the morning... it takes me so long to get out of the warm bed and I usually rush for a hat on cold days. So I looked out and saw that it was raining and sorta went overboard for my run to work. with tights, a long sleeve shirt, a jacket and a hat.

about 30 seconds out the door I was sweating pretty profusely. I took the hat off and rolled up my sleeves, but still was warm the whole way in.

passed another Turkey in Brookline, this one was trying to get into one of the swank restaurants on Beacon Street. It's getting to be the season where the turkey's really might want to think about laying low, or someone is going to invite them home for dinner.

Monday Nov 12

Note
no running. pretty blah day in terms of motivation. also was the only one at work in my lab.

Sunday Nov 11

Note
Went to the science Museum with Sam and Hill, which was awesome. I've never been and now that I've been I'm convinced that it would make for great party location if you could get a group of your friends together and kick out all the little kids :)

then we went to Dedham for Jeff's Birthday celebration. Happy Birthday Coach! and he helped me put new spokes on my bike's rear wheel. Soon I will be biking again.
