road run 44:43 [3] 6.0 mi (7:27 / mi)
Running on home. Was originally planning on doing a hurdle workout with Jenn at Newton South, but I was at work too late and Jenn wanted to go running in the warm sunshine. our plan is to do some steeplechase workouts and maybe even some steeplechase races. maybe I can finally get my time under 10 mins! I was so close my sophmore year in college.

Anyways, run home felt nice. very relaxed and I hit most of the lights right on, so that was good. I was thinking how I feel much faster without a pack on, and wondering if having a pack physically slows me down or mentally drags on me. having the energy to run hard is easier with other people... so I pretended to race people up the BC hill to keep me motivated :)
