Note
Wedding was very elegant and fun. Sam and I were batting around the idea of trying to get a run in central park before the Wedding Brunch on Sunday. However, getting home from the bar at 3am and needing to deal with parking in NYC meant that we didn't have time for an exploratory run.
I've never been inside central park, and it looked fun from the outside as we drove past.
orienteering 32:00 [4]
Picking up Tuesday's night o flags. I wanted to get a quick run in, something under 40 minutes ( as we are leaving for a wedding in NYC this weekend), so I headed out the door to do a lap of the reservoir. As I got to Hammond Pond I realized that I still had reflectors out, so I went and got them from memory in order and came home.
Road run 1:08:00 5.5 mi (12:22 / mi)
ran over to the base of summit and then did 8 reps. I was feeling lazy but managed to get myself to finish all of my planned hills. faster than last week, slower than I'd like. The cold air is tough on my lungs and lends a feeling of torpor.
