Into work, just adding a little distance because I had the time, so one lap of the reservoir. got to work early to run an experiment. Kinda nice to be up and out when there isn't much traffic.

And then home, with another couple laps of the reservoir. I guess things are still a little tired from the big effort on Sunday, but the thing I noticed most was some painful thigh chafing making it hard to run faster :)

Drove to CSU training in Cambridge, set by Lori. I was just bottomed out on energy and just thinking of running a fast training was daunting so I changed gears and used training as a social run and joined my friend Dan for the night. He ran and I jogged a few controls before heading back for dinner at Border Cafe. The course around Cambridge was fun! Was feeling much more alive after the run too, which is always nice.

Wow, legs got super tight during the day, and it became pretty uncomfortable to do things like walk down stairs. Just my calves really. On the run home I added a couple of laps of the reservoir in an attempt to work out the kinks.
