Think that I managed to pause the GPS somewhere out in Nåsten so time is an estimate and distance is not accurate either.

The Friday track session was displaced because of an indoor track meet. Thought that I should go orienteering instead. Headed to KG took a night-o map from earlier this year.

There were still streamers out in many places, which was nice. I was struggling with the navigation though. Didn’t go to many controls, and fought my compass a lot. The marshes were cold.

It was nice to be out, even if I was a mess with the map.

1 minute rest between each, which came as a slow lap at first, then a shorter loop on the infield and at the end just pacing a little trying to recover.

Ran with Hedwig, she led the first half and I led the last several.

Pushing hard is more mentally taxing than I remember it being...

Laps were pretty uneven, 40-48 seconds.
