Training Run 1:18:05 [3]
ahr:143 max:166 shoes: Saucony Approach
Sedgewick Levens & old Canal
Dropped Stewie off at a Home Educator's group! Had a quick chat with the sandal wearing hippies and then got ready to run. Not so familiar with this area so occaisionally had to reach for the map to check footpaths etc. Pushed quite hard (for me). I'm going to research HR zones for fat B******* to see if I'm doing it right (I generally can 'feel' the level of effort).

Thursday Jun 19

No Run
(rest day)
sulking - need to finish lanequest planning

Wednesday Jun 18

No Run
(rest day) shoes: Saucony Approach
Bowkerstead Farm Grizedale
Organized O event, so spent 7 hours at Grizedale. Extremely soggy from rain not sweat! Got back to meet kids at 9:15, they were gleefully glued to bbc iplayer - top gear & little britian plus live text from the European Championship.

Tuesday Jun 17

Training Jog/Walk 1:04:01 [2]
ahr:137 max:170 shoes: Saucony Approach
Cartmel Woods & Race Course
Run around Cartmel Woods whilst Stewie at Cubs. Taking it easy and had some aberrant HR readings - never 170! probably more like 135/160

Monday Jun 16

Club Run 49:05 [3]
ahr:149 max:169 shoes: Saucony Approach
Triatram's Playing Fields loop
Shortish run wtih 2 women at Dallam Running Club. Rarely go out for less than 1 hour but am used to plodding along. Perhaps Mondays will see me picking my pace up. Problem with back trying to run fast down hill. No problem up hill, just dig in!
