| No warm up, straight in to 5km on the rower - boy have I lost it compared to what I used to be able to do. I'll try and build up to a 1/2 marathon but I remember how much my butt hurt! |

| 2 circuits of weight machines in gym - left shoulder still a problem since end of April - might see a physio. I've done enough today! Knackered. |

| 10 mins rowing on concept 2 - my favourite - no warm up and did over 2km - but not by much - wonder how long it'll take to get under 8 min for 2km? - a target to work for. |

| Cycled to Dallam Running Club and then failed to run! School starts tomorrow so I'll be able to get out and do more. It's the 1st September - a good start! Hope to combine gym, swim, cycling and running as well as some days on the mountains - and the odd bit of orienteering. Variety is the spice of life & all that! |
