Cycled Stewie to cubs in Cartmel and then returned home. Min 30 mins but I can't time & HRM every ride I do!

Aqua fit is sooo la de da, but was just what I needed after yesterday's cycle.

The usual stuff with gym ball, medicine ball and mat. Also tried a wobble ball thingy (like a squished ball with knobs on).

Cycle on back road and forest tracks from High Newton - Newby Bridge - Blind Lane -East Grizedale - Moor Top - West Grizedale - Force Forge - Oxen Park. Had enough of rearranging my knickers and anatomy - must try something else next time!
