| First time swimming since CLS last year - crock shoulder and ankle. Good for ankle but shoulder was troublesome - 5 months since I damaged it! Must have done plenty of lengths, but lost count. More of an interval session as I didn't swim continuously but rested and/or recovered with slower lengths. |

| static bike - intervals of 16x15sec with 45 sec recovery (preprogrammed on machine) plus 2 mins warm up & down. Each 15secs was bum out of saddle (big effort) and furious peddling with high resistance - so glad it wasn't 30ses! How does 15secs seem so long? |

Just wasn't happening today & James arrived after only 8 mins and sat watching me and questioning me whilst I was trying to get on with the set. Most annoying and felt cr*p. Foot, ankle & lower leg is now hurting lots! |
