Hampsfell @ 7:15am - wish I could make myself do this more often. Slight hazy mist, blue sky, sun shining & light breeze - lovely. Discussed moving on to proper fells next week - here's hoping.
Need an alarm clock that triggers a switch on the bed that releases a spring, that tilts (catapults) you out of bed - would be good. Otherwise cuffs around the ankles on a long rope attached to a winch that drags you out of bed and down stairs after giving you a 10mins warning - you get my drift.
Never a problem if I've arranged to meet someone - different story if I'm doing for myself.

Scout Hut - flat woods - LHS woods - farm - Mount Bernard - back on tracks did some of the British Relays 1999 Y1-premier route backwards. A few missed due to major windfall and/or lack of time. with dog. Had to do some jogging to avoid being really late to pick S up.

sore bruised big toe nail - thought it was shoes but was reminded I had kicked a rock and swore for several minutes a few days ago - probably why!
