20 x 25m pool 10 freestyle 10 breaststroke
10min elliptical trainer - this hurts
10min recumbent bike
+ walking drills in pool & stretches
+ arm exercises/weights
sauna + plunge pool + hydrotherapy pool (air jets)

Nothing specific as ankle hurts like hell today. Made lemon curd -zingy & home made pizzas.

Physio - trying to force my foot to have better dorsiflexion and plantarflexion - asked if it is was painful, my reply was "no, fearful" Brute force required, but seemed ok. Have maybe gained 1 or 2 degrees - range of movement improves in miniscule amounts. Need to be careful not to hyperextend my knee.

Physio gym on static bike & wobble board & calf dips. Need to be careful not to overdo walking but any amount of swimming is ok!

First time at the gym & pool
1) working out what seems like a good/bad idea
2) forgot goggles and swimming hat but realised swimming will probably be ok
3) Fitness in the doldrums
4) I am very slow.
HAPPY I WENT!
