Physio - trying to force my foot to have better dorsiflexion and plantarflexion - asked if it is was painful, my reply was "no, fearful" Brute force required, but seemed ok. Have maybe gained 1 or 2 degrees - range of movement improves in miniscule amounts. Need to be careful not to hyperextend my knee.

Physio gym on static bike & wobble board & calf dips. Need to be careful not to overdo walking but any amount of swimming is ok!
