jog down to the high school climb over the fence to get into the track, did 2 bleacher laps, climb sideways accross the tennis court fence, run down by the back of family dollar, climb to the top of the building, ran to the end and got back down, ran back and hopped the fence to the track, found two parrellel walls and started spider climbing, then gripped acrossed a foundation, ran by the ROTC building did pull ups for about 5 mins., ran back home and did sit-up/crunches
