this so called ninja workout is where i just run around and do what ever i think about.
ex. *head thinking* "i want toclimb to the top of that building" i go and do it, "i feel like run up and down bleachers" i go to do it, "i want to climb up a tree" i go to do it, etc.
may seem pointless but in the end your all tired out.
