Free Run Training intervals 1:20:00 [3] 10 km (8:00 / km)
shoes: Nike
this so called ninja workout is where i just run around and do what ever i think about.
ex. *head thinking* "i want toclimb to the top of that building" i go and do it, "i feel like run up and down bleachers" i go to do it, "i want to climb up a tree" i go to do it, etc.
may seem pointless but in the end your all tired out.

seems not really like traing but in actually it does it works out my lower calfs as well as my under arm strength

started warming up for a lil while before i ran was cold as hell though.
After i got finished my cousin made me come play tag and junk with her so i spenta alittle while longer outside doing that.
