Podiatrist prescribed custom orthotics for both feet. Only need to wear them while running and he feels I should be able to resume my normal running schedule. Hope he's right.

Finally broke down and went to the doctor today to have him look at my foot. It still gets sore if I run on any normal frequency. Had xrays taken and got a referral for a podiatrist. Gonna see Dr. Nippert on Monday. Hope I can soon put this behind me - it's been a real frustrating injury.
