| Podiatrist prescribed custom orthotics for both feet. Only need to wear them while running and he feels I should be able to resume my normal running schedule. Hope he's right. |

| Finally broke down and went to the doctor today to have him look at my foot. It still gets sore if I run on any normal frequency. Had xrays taken and got a referral for a podiatrist. Gonna see Dr. Nippert on Monday. Hope I can soon put this behind me - it's been a real frustrating injury. |
