Norristown State Hospital - Sprint #1 (Curly). A couple inches of snow on the ground but pretty good conditions.

Norristown State Hospital - Sprint #2 (Larry). Lost my footing and landed in the creek leaving #2 but it didn't cost me much time.

White Clay Creek SP - Practice run on the Red course from my November local event. Still about 2 inches of crusty snow on the ground but footing was generally quite good. Veeerry slow on the hills. First time using the orthotics in the O shoes and they felt great - a noticeable difference in arch support.
