| At the gym. Hill profile level 12. Somehow only burned 330 calories today but I was on a different bike. Either there's a good deal of variability from one to the next or my avg rpm's were lower. Probably some of both. |

| At the gym. Hill profile level 10 for first 20 mins then cranked it up to level 11. 380 cals and I needed every one of em to work off those 4 pop tarts I downed in one sitting. |

| Decided to scrub Day 2 of the Batona 500. I iced my heel last night and even slept with my shoes on but it was pretty apparent this morning that there was no way I could run 9 km on it when just walking was very painful.
Looks like a long layoff is in order - at least 2-3 months I expect. |
