| Brandywine Park / Rockford Park - My last long run before the Caesar Rodney HM. A warm day but I would have gladly traded some cold weather for the brutal wind. The first 4-5 miles were mostly uphill into a 20-30 mph wind. Fortunately conditions improved after that. Ran the Trolley Square route, Tower Hill loop, BofA loop, a second loop back through Rockford Park, then the Baynard Stadium loop - a very hilly run. Carried my water bottle and consumed 3 gu's along the way. |

| Brandywine Park / Rockford Park - Crash training for Caesar Rodney continues. Ran from the Y following the Trolley Square route, Tower Hill loop, B of A loop, Baynard Stadium loop and an extra 1 mile loop in Brandywine Park before climbing uphill to the finish. A good run. Need to get one more long run in this weekend. |

| Brandywine Park / Rockford Park - From the Y. Trolley Square route plus the Baynard Stadium loop. First real run in a week and it felt like it. Good to finally be over the cold/flu. |
