Bellevue SP - Stopped for a quick run on the way back from the airport after a 3-day business trip.

Trail Run 1:00:26 [3] 7.75 mi (7:48 / mi)
shoes: New Balance 907's
Fair Hill NRMA, MD - Stopped for a morning run on the way up to Hanover. Wore shorts but a hat and gloves - temp was in the 30's and there was a brisk wind blowing across the fields.

Started at the N. Appleton lot and did a big counterclockwise loop while carrying the Mason-Dixon map. Tried to stay on some of the smaller trails to force myself to read the map detail. Took a nice spill near the end right after I passed an older couple out hiking.
