Fair Hill NRMA, MD - Local Red course on the Little Egypt map. A fun course. Technically pretty easy so no real navigational problems. Was a little slow picking my way through the thorns in places. The rain held off and it was actually pleasant running weather. A good start to the O season.

Trail Run 1:22:13 [3] 10.0 mi (8:13 / mi)
shoes: Salomon Trail Runners

White Clay Creek Preserve - CR/BaToNa training. Ran north from the Nature Center along the Mason Dixon Trail all the way up to London Tract parking lot #1 then up over the ridge on the Vaughn Trail to the Edwin Leid trail. Rejoined the Mason Dixon trail back to the Nature Center. One of those runs where the legs had no zip, just had to keep them churning.

Road Run 1:00:00 [3] 7.75 mi (7:45 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 11

From the Y just after sunset. Rockford Park, Tower Hill, Montchanin Corp. Ctr. and back. A crisp clear evening. Ankle is feeling pretty good but it starts to show some signs of strain about the 7 mile point. I'm still hoping I will be able to run the Caesar Rodney HM.
