Practice hike with pack from home. Started at 6:15 am to avoid the worst of the heat. Wore my new boots to start breaking them in. They feel fine. Hiked up through Redd Park to Possum Hill area of WCCSP, over to Twin Ponds and then back along the creek.

Raystown Lake Resort - Was hoping the Terrace Mountain Trail would be bikeable but it was not so headed south on a forest road that paralled the lake until that started becoming too steep so turned around and rode the paved roads of the resort. Very hilly.
