A little cold at the start but warmed up nicely after about a mile.

Informed my boss today that I intend to retire - my last day in the office will probably be May 31 but I have enough banked and accrued vacation to stay on the payroll until about 7/31. Can't wait!

The stretching and icing must be helping - hip felt fine all the way.
