WCCSP - Easy run to see how the back was progressing. Much improved from a week or two ago but still some muscle tightness. I tried to minimize bouncing so was moving at more of a shuffle, not picking my feet up. Not surprisingly, fell down twice. Scattered some turkey vultures at one point and looked over to see what they had been feeding on - a dead doe just off the trail.
