Running (Mixed) 6:19 intensity: (5:59 @3) + (20 @4) 1.05 km (6:01 / km) +2m 5:57 / km
ahr:145 max:158 (injured) shoes: Inov8 Roclite 305

Before even starting had wiped out and fallen heavily on my right thigh/hip, this was mainly jogging to try and run it off.

Orienteering 52:16 intensity: (7 @2) + (43:41 @3) + (8:28 @4) 8.2 km (6:22 / km) +122m 5:56 / km
ahr:175 max:202 shoes: Inov8 Roclite 305

Something different indeed, haven't done much/any mining terrain in NSW and it was a lot of fun.

I was very rubbish at getting into the map though - safe to 1, 2 was easy, 3 I had a brain melt and got confused thinking I'd over ran it but hadn't. Reset here and was good, through slightly hesitant in the circles. Blow up on 13, poor direction in from the track with nothing to relocate off, then overshot 14 & was sloppy for a few more controls before blowing up again ditching lots of time on the last three controls through not really paying enough attention to what was going on.

Orienteering 40:00 intensity: (17:00 @2) + (21:25 @3) + (1:35 @4) 2.61 km (15:20 / km) +47m 14:04 / km
ahr:123 max:160 shoes: Inov8 Roclite 305

Hip was starting to seize up, but shuffled round some of my course shadowing Nicole and giving her some pointers, not that she really needed it given she won her course (even with a ten minute blow up) - clearly a natural given tricky terrain. Struggled a bit with the detail on this one but still beat me to 3 & was good through 5 & 6.
