Tired and sore legs, but a reasonably fun run out aside from having lots of road running to finish. South loop first, not the optimum route in a few places, but on a couple of minutes planning it was ok - lost some time on bush bashing to 16 & 10, trying to get along the crag at 28, then overran 27, maybe a couple of minutes lost all up.
