Green Gully Track Day 3
Not so much of the track today - a few km of washed out trail with multiple creek crossings before it turned into choose your own path up the river, rock-hopping along surrounded by butterflies and under the watchful eye of rock wallabies.
Only one deep crossing at the Green Gully canyon which was almost up to my waist, but there was a pool there deep enough for a refreshing swim (with a turtle, no less).
Eventually we were back on a washed out trail to take us the final 4km to the hut, where another swim in the creek rounded off a rather pleasant day.
Had a headache most of the day though, waking up dehydrated and not drinking enough water in the evenings most likely.
